All items sold through the zigit app are sold to you directly from retailers that are licensed to sell those specific products in the location of the box. These licensed retailers also own the dispensing boxes used. The zigit app is a platform that enables these retailers to sell to you via the zigit app.

For all alcoholic beverage purchases, a retailer beverage attendant will be overseeing all active (open or in use) boxes. If they are unable to immediately resolve your question, or if the purchase is related to CBD (an no attendant is present), please contact zigit at info@zigit.app through the support tab in the app or via any email.
